How I help

Stress

Between work, school, family and everything else, it can feel like there’s never enough time. Therapy gives you space to slow down and find a way of living that feels more manageable.

You might notice

  • Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate
  • Always rushing, never catching up
  • Irritability or feeling on a short fuse
  • Headaches, tension or fatigue
  • Little time or energy for yourself
  • Parental or family stress

How therapy can help

We look at what’s putting pressure on you and practice mindfulness and practical coping skills for the moments that feel too much.

We also explore what you need, so you can make room for what matters most.

Questions

Common questions

What will the first session be like?

First, we’ll schedule a free consultation so that you can figure out if I’m the right fit for you. If we move forward together, I’ll ask you a lot of “getting to know you” questions, so that I can get a better idea of what’s bringing you into therapy.

Need urgent help? If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For urgent support, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (free, 24/7). This practice cannot offer crisis support.
