My background
I began my journey to becoming a therapist right after I finished high school, and I have been working in mental and behavioral health for 5 years.
I’m LGBTQ+ and neurodivergence affirming. I come from a biracial background myself and identify as gender non-conforming, and I welcome people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
I use relational-cultural theory in my work. Together we’ll look at where you feel stuck in your relationship with yourself and with others. I also offer mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you cope with stress while we work on what’s going on underneath.
