How I help
Anxiety
When your mind won’t stop asking “what if?” or replaying past mistakes, it can be exhausting. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety and feel calmer and more in control.

You might notice
- Constant worry about what might happen
- Replaying conversations and mistakes
- Feeling tense, restless or on edge
- Trouble sleeping or switching off
- Avoiding people or situations
- Being very hard on yourself
How therapy can help
We explore what keeps your anxiety going, and I share mindfulness and cognitive behavioral tools to help you respond to it differently.
At the same time, we gently look at what’s underneath, so the change lasts.
Questions
Common questions
What will the first session be like?
First, we’ll schedule a free consultation so that you can figure out if I’m the right fit for you. If we move forward together, I’ll ask you a lot of “getting to know you” questions, so that I can get a better idea of what’s bringing you into therapy.
